CDR-King’s advocates sustainable living thru California E-bike
Disruptors are welcome, from an old school perspective to the most advanced technological breakthroughs in power supply, whichever era you may be, CHANGE is inevitable.
Nikola Tesla during our primary days as student was sadly in obscurity till we reach high school. He challenged the existing and widely accepted manner of lighting though oil lamps to the macro voltage - electricity distribution system courtesy of his well-accepted Alternating Current most commonly known AC.
Nikola Tesla is not as famous as Tomas Edison as taught during basic education, but his works and legacy blazes up to this day. Same aspiration as CDR-King, your one stop media provider intends to manifest, to bring products and cost efficient means of power/electricity supply to every household.
California E-bikes, a CDR-King subsidiary, open its doors in TONDO. The branch is powered by a hybrid electricity system that enables sustainable solar energy. As environmental friendly as it should be, it also aims to display similar concept Solar-kit for ones household in turn helps you save thousands of your hard earned money on monthly electric bill.
California E-bike started its operation in the Philippines early 2013 with E-Scooter and later on came out with other variants of e-bikes. Today California E-bike offers more than 30 variants in more than 40 branches.
With the steady growth of e-bike followers, California E-bike is gearing towards its mission to improve transportation in an eco-friendly way, one e-bike at a time and reaffirming its efforts towards Green Living to save our environment.
Visit them at their newly opened Tondo branch or your nearest California e-bike store. You may also visit www.ebike.cdrking.com and http://solarquestph.com/

Home Dreamin
This has got to stop and I should start working on this dream as soon as I can. So, last month, I began to set aside some portion of my income specifically for a house (Yay! and good luck to me!) And to boost my motivation, I looked up the web and found #Property24PH. It's a property listing site that is perfect for work-at-home peeps (and introverts!) like me. You get to explore different types of properties nationwide at the comfort of your own home. Thank goodness for technology.
I'm not really a Lorde fan, though I like singing to Royals and Team, but I strongly agree to her statement: "If your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough."And so, as if buying a house isn't scary enough for me, I decided to dream of five. Yes, five.
By the power of #Property24, here they are in no particular order (drum roll please):
2. Royal Palms Panglao
Bohol is such a heaven. The beach is soo beautiful and the Boholanos are awesome. That plus a beautiful property like this, I won't really bother living in the province anymore.
3. Silverdale Residences in Baliuag
Of course, I'd love to have a property located in my own province and Silverdale is one of the best options I have. It has amenities perfect for my small and soon to be growing family and it is located near the NLEX-Balagtas exit so traveling to and fro Manila should be a breeze.
5. Executive 2 Bedroom condominium in Global City
Last but definitely not the least, a property in BGC. Who wouldn't want to have one in the country's fastest growing city in terms of businesses and social life? This building has super awesome amenities such as Reading Nook, Lawn and Picnic Area, Hammock Garden, Jogging Path, and soo much more.
I know, I know. These are pretty BIG dreams, but that's the point. If your dream is not crazy and funny enough, it's not that big. And one day, I'm gonna get all these, or similar to these in case they're not available anymore. :D
How about you? Any dream of having a new home? Try out #Property24PH. Property24.com.ph is the fastest growing property portal in the Philippines. They provide an effective online platform for leading Real Estate Developers, Agencies and Brokers that allows them to showcase their property listings to a wider audience of qualified prospective Buyers. Check it out now!

Dear Husband
If our first year together was like a roller-coaster ride, the second one is quite the same, but with greater speed and intensity, if you know what I mean. But we both know we would not stay this way forever; the best is yet to come. One day, we'll get through this roller coaster, and we'll just be cruising together.
We do not have the typically inspiring love story to share, in fact, I think we have one of the worsts out there. I realized family and parenting stresses and two people with completely different personalities, not to mention different cultural background, are the perfect recipe for a disaster marriage. But I am proud of us. After all the brows we've raised, jobs we've lost, money we owe, and fights we've fought, we are still standing and fighting together for this relationship, for the family.
Two years ago, we've made one of the dumbest decisions we've ever had in our lives-- marrying each other. Back then, it was very easy to make a commitment because we were so in love and happy and we didn't have that much stress at all. But now, we know better. Marriage is far more than how the movies portray it. Marriage is not easy; it is not always romantic. But if I will be asked again if I would agree to marry you, knowing how difficult it is, I would still say yes. Because only this marriage and this family gave me direction and a sense of purpose in life, and only you and this marriage made me truly comprehend what 1 Corinthians 13:4:6 means.
Happy Anniversary.
Love,
Wife
